What You’ll Do:
- Lead or support the team for data centre design and construction, with a focus on design optimization
- Provide guidance and collaborate with MEP Consulting Engineers assigned to the project
- Oversee and work closely with the General Contractor's design team to ensure successful project leadership and execution
- Lead and actively participate in weekly Design Review meetings
- Organize and lead scheduled Tenant Design Review calls/meetings to ensure alignment with client requirements
- Ensure the successful execution and timely delivery of the project within budget and adhering to the applicable codes and regulations
