• Monday - Friday
• Shift rota: 06:00 AM to 02:00 PM & 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Immediate start
• Temp to perm
• £28.50 per hour (paid via umbrella)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting: small installation, fault‑finding, lamping, changing ballast, control panel, power distribution
• Emergency lighting
• Air Conditioning – Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (filter changes, cleaning)
• Chillers – Reset
• Water Treatment – Temperature checks / Non‑dosing
• Plumbing – Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors
• Water treatment
• BMS System – Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
• UPS Systems – Monitor / ...
