Electrical Engineer Introduction
We are recruiting for a global leader in complete HVAC‑R systems. This is a permanent position, 37.5 hours per week, reporting directly to the Engineering Director. As an Electrical and Automation Engineer, you will participate across the complete development cycle of electrical and automation systems for HVAC‑R equipment intended for the maritime industry. Design and develop control panels using AutoCAD Electrical and create the necessary electrical schematics for manufacturing. Program and configure programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and human‑machine interfaces (HMIs) to ensure optimal system performance. Contribute to project planning, assess the required engineering time, and anticipate technical needs. Test and troubleshoot electrical and control equipment during factory testing and commissioning phases onboard vessels.
