Job Description
- Conducts site inspection prior to project implementation
Scope Management
- Manages securing of necessary government permits prior to construction
- Manages securing necessary government permits (occupancy permit) prior to turnover
Schedule Management
- Adheres to the approved Pre-Construction Schedule and planning for every assigned project
- Adheres and monitors the approved Contractor’s & Client’s Work Schedule prior to the start of Construction
- Routes the Contractor’s Work Schedule for conformance of electrical contractor
- Monitors project accomplishment and manpower in parallel to the approved Work Schedule
Cost Management
- Prepares Project Budgetary estimates
- Prepares, updates and monitors project reports (including cost reports) along with Project Engineer for management reference and update
