We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team. This role involves designing for manufacturability, developing and validating manufacturing processes, and leading cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless product introduction and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
+ Review schematics, layouts, and design files with design teams, applying DFx principles to catch issues early.
+ Develop, validate, and document manufacturing processes for SMT board assembly, selective soldering, wave soldering, and AOI/X-ray inspection.
+ Conduct prototype and pilot builds, troubleshooting issues and optimizing processes before full production.
+ Lead large implementation projects related to electrical equipment testing and validation.
