Qualifications & Experience
- Required educational background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering; specialization in solar power preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience within a solar Independent Power Producer (IPP) or Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company, in a role involving extensive design planning, engineering, and reviews.
- Previous experience in tasks such as manhour estimation, quality control plan preparation, procedure development, deliverable packaging, and communication matrix management.
- Proficiency in fluent English communication, both written and verbal, with stakeholders from India and Western countries.
- Hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license - USA
