Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading manufacturing specialist at their site, based in a village on the outskirts of York.
This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for ensuring maximum uptime and operational efficiency through expert fault finding, repair, and proactive maintenance.
You will support a fast-paced production environment by diagnosing complex electrical issues and contributing to long-term reliability projects.
What You'll Be Doing
- Responding to electrical breakdowns quickly to minimise production downtime.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults in PLC systems, control panels, drives, motors, and sensors.
- Carrying out scheduled electrical Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks.
