Job Description

Job Overview: We are looking for Electrical Engineering Manager - Electrical New Product Development & Sustainment for design & working as a leader experienced in managing both people and large, multi-dimensional projects within an organization that delivers leading-edge communications products. As a lead member of the multi-channel radio management team, you will be responsible for the electrical hardware management of one or more products in our portfolio. You will lead an engineering team through all aspects of electrical design, integration, testing, operations, and customer support.

Essential Functions:

  • People Leadership: Manage a team of 7+ electrical engineers and interns.

  • Project Management: Create and maintain project schedules, track requirements, and manage project budgets.
