Job Description
- The Electrical Engineer / Mechanical Engineer provides technical support for the maintenance and repair of company-owned buildings and facilities. The role includes fieldwork (e.g., permit processing), coordination with maintenance personnel and contractors, and supporting the Property Manager in ensuring timely implementation of maintenance programs and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- This is a technical role with hands-on involvement in daily operations, suited for candidates with a minimum of 3 years’ experience and an engineering license.
