Job Description
Job Purpose:
To form a key part of the Data Centre Electrical Estimating and Bid team with a key focus on project works. To ensure that all tenders submitted are technically correct with prime cost to ensure that on delivery they achieve expected margin. To ensure that all risks are known and identified pre-submission and that documentation is completed in line with company process and procedures.
What you'll do: Participate in Tender Review Meetings. Prepare adjudication documents and ensure timely and consistent completion of estimates Examine tender documentation and advise Director prospects and alternative solutions Preparation of sub-contractors enquires Ensure tenders are presented in a consistent manner to acceptable pricing levels, with due consideration given to risk and scope identification Assist in the preparation of Tender Documentation in conjunction with the Director Preparation of detailed ...
