Job Description
Gpac has partnered with a heavy civil contractor looking to add an Electrical Estimator to their team. The Electrical Estimator will play a crucial role in our project planning and execution phase, focusing on cost estimation, bid proposal preparation, and the initial stages of project management for electrical components of infrastructure projects. This position requires a combination of technical knowledge, analytical skills, and effective communication to ensure accurate and competitive project bidding.
Electrical Estimator Duties:
- Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for electrical scopes of work by analyzing project drawings, specifications, and other documentation. Develop take-offs for electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, utility work, and preliminary project schedules.
