Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all on-site E&I construction activities, including installation, testing, and commissioning support.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, promoting a zero-incident culture.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring productivity, quality, and compliance with contract specifications.
- Review IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings, specifications, and scope of work to ensure accurate execution.
- Interface closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to resolve technical issues and maintain progress.
- Monitor and report on daily progress, productivity, and site challenges to project leadership.
- Support construction planning, including lookahead schedules and resource allocation.
- Ensure quality control through inspections, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and turnover documentation.
