Role : Shift Maintenance Engineer (Electrical) Designation : Manager Responsibilities Ensure the smooth and reliable operation of machinery and equipment by performing routine Electrical & Electronics Maintenance tasks. Diagnose root causes of equipment failures accurately and efficiently. Perform repairs, including replacing parts and making necessary electrical adjustments. Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies and procedures to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime. Respond promptly to equipment faults and breakdowns to reduce operational interruptions. Maintain accurate and detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
