Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Manufacturing
Based in Berkshire – 3 month rolling contract
Panama Shifts (12hr) – Days and Nights
Outside IR35 £37ph
The business is now looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to support the internal team and to maintain a minimum downtime while ensuring a high standard of equipment across the manufacturing line.
Day‑to‑day Responsibilities
- Reactive maintenance – fault finding and replacing components on a variety of machines.
- Preventative maintenance.
- Electrical fault finding on PLCs and a variety of components such as sensors, relays, proximity switches, control panels, single‑phase, three‑phase, AC and DC motors and contactors.
Skills & Experience
- Previous electrical experience within an industrial environment (manufacturing or FMCG).
- NVQ Level 3 or an apprenticeship in electrical engineering.
