Summary / Job Scope
The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor oversees the electrical maintenance team, ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all electrical systems and equipment within the cement plant. The role involves supervising repairs, preventive and predictive maintenance, and providing technical expertise to support plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical technicians and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs for electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to high, medium, and low voltage systems, PLCs, drives, motors, and control systems.
