Job Description
Help us make a difference as a Shift Electrical Technician at our West Sussex MBT/AD facility.,
- The role will include working reactively, dealing with machinery problems and breakdowns, as well as working through planned preventative maintenance and project work. The electrical work covers everything from sensors, relays, ac/dc motors, contactors, control panels and PLC's. Ideally, we are looking for someone who can fault find on PLC's, preferably Siemens S7, but anything else is considered.
The idea candidate will have experience of working in a similar environment, so either manufacturing or industrial or automated, supporting maintenance work. You must be electrical qualified and competent. - Ensure all accidents, incidents and near misses are reported immediately.
- Ensure housekeeping is maintained to high standards
- Motor electrical and mechanical fault finding, familiarity with MCC layout of panels.
