Insight Global is seeking Electrical Manufacturing Engineers to support a large aerospace client in San Antonio, TX (100% onsite). This role focuses on translating electrical designs into executable production build plans while supporting real-time issue resolution on the shop floor. Daily Responsibilities: *Support ECAT (Electrical Corrective Action Team) by working directly with mechanics to resolve electrical issues during production *Develop electrical build plans and sequencing to support production execution *Create and support OSIPs (Out of Sequence Installation Plans) as needed for rework and recovery *Interpret engineering drawings and BOMs to ensure builds are accurate and producible *Partner with Design Engineering and manufacturing teams to drive build readiness *Troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting schedule, cost, and quality in a fast-paced environment *Apply lean principles to improve manufacturing efficiency Pay for this role is $55-65/hr...
