Job Title: Electrical Multi-Skilled Engineer
Location: Tiverton
Salary: Up to £54,800
Shift Pattern: Panama (12-hour shifts: 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off)
Holidays: 276 hours (equivalent to 25 days + bank holidays)
Working 23 weeks of the year with holiday

The company operates across multiple sites, including production and packaging facilities in the Midlands and the South West, as well as orchards in the West of England
Role Purpose
As part of the Maintenance & Engineering team, you will carry out routine asset care across a range of plant machinery. This is a multi-skilled role requiring both electrical and mechanical expertise, supporting production efficiency, machine performance, and product quality.
