- Oversee the execution of small to medium-scale construction and investment projects within the region.
- Act as a key point of coordination between field teams, regional management, technical units, and headquarters functions.
- Drive operational excellence through strong safety compliance, cost control, and quality service delivery.
- Motivate and develop field teams with a leadership style grounded in clarity, empathy, discipline, and continuous improvement.
