We are partnering with a premier Tier 1 M&E Contractor to secure an Electrical Project Manager for their major projects team in Central London. This contractor is highly respected for tackling complex engineering challenges and boasts a collaborative culture with a secured, high-value pipeline.
The Opportunity:
- Take total ownership of electrical packages on flagship schemes valued up to £40M .
- Central London (well-connected sites with modern working environments).
- You will spearhead the electrical delivery from pre-construction and design coordination through to testing, commissioning, and final handover. You will manage specialist sub-contractors, oversee the commercial health of the electrical package, and serve as the key point of contact for the client.
