In this role, you would be responsible for managing all site elements of the project for King and Moffatt, while ensuring full project deliverables are achieved.
What you would do:
- On site delivery and compliance of EHSQ, Toolbox talks, RAMS, PPE etc.
- Ensure all relevant permits are in place.
- On site coordination of plant hire, tools, and labour
- Direct and train apprentices to manage deliveries and daily checks.
- Oversee and manage labour, site supervisors and subcontractors.
- Execution of commissioning and close out plan
- Ensure close out of snag lists.
- Deliver on labour tracker.
- Attending internal K&M team planning meetings
- Manage relevant external correspondence.
- Order all day-to-day site materials.
