This role is responsible for managing day-to-day shop schedules, ensuring quality fabrication of electrical components, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with field operations to meet project schedules.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong electrical knowledge, fabrication experience, scheduling knowledge and the ability to drive productivity, quality, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced construction environment.
