Overview
We're recruiting a working supervisor to lead a team of electricians delivering electrical installation work on vessels in Pembroke. This is a hands on supervisory role, combining time on the tools with day-to-day coordination of the electrical team as the project ramps from an initial pair of electricians to a full team of six by mid August.
The contract starts on 20th July, so it could suit someone finishing a current contract in July or looking for a new role over the summer.
Responsibilities
- Supervising the electrician team day‑to‑day (task allocation, progress updates, quality checks)
- Coordinating with the client's leads/production to keep work moving and remove blockers
- Ensuring safe working practices are followed and standards are maintained
- Remaining hands‑on with installation work as required (cable runs, termination, glanding, testing)
