Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all subordinates are performing according to the requirements as set out in their job descriptions / quality operating systems / procedures / work instructions.
- Develop and foster staff morale through motivation and leading by example
- Complete all work requests on time.
- Attend to shift breakdowns ASAP.
- Ensure correct start up and shutdown of plant at the start and end of shift.
- Setting up programs, maintenance and training on robot welders.
- Assist the Maintenance Department to achieve KPI targets.
- Adhere to accepted housekeeping standards (5S)
- Do shift handover at the end of each shift.
- Engage and participate in Departmental reviews (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
- Ensure the accurate recording and reporting of breakdowns at the end of shift.
