Electrical Site Supervisor - Waste Water Treatment Upgrade (Outside IR35)
We are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to support ongoing water and wastewater upgrade projects across the Severn Trent framework.
The role will involve overseeing electrical installation works on operational treatment sites, leading site teams, mentoring electricians and apprentices, and supporting safe and compliant delivery across MEICA projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise electrical installation works on water and wastewater treatment sites
* Lead and support electricians and subcontractors on site
* Assist with design reviews and provide practical installation input
* Support planning and coordination of site activities
* Ensure works are completed safely and in line with industry standards
