Electrical Supervisor Required

Basic Salary: £44,075
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm + call‑out rota
R9 are recruiting on behalf of a social housing maintenance company. We're looking for an Electrical Supervisor / QS to support and oversee a team of engineers delivering electrical and compliance work across social housing contracts.
The Role
- Supervise electrical and gas engineers
- Support with technical issues and ensure safe working
- Coordinate jobs and keep projects running smoothly
- Step in to deliver corrective repairs when needed
- Communicate clearly with clients and residents
- Lead by example and promote teamwork
