Electrical Technician - Gqeberha Factory Role Overview The Electrical Technician is responsible for delivering electrical engineering and technical support to ensure optimal machine availability, operational efficiency, and compliance within a manufacturing environment. The role supports production targets through effective maintenance execution, PLC programming, fault diagnosis, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Performance Areas Technical Support and Maintenance Execute reactive, planned, and preventative maintenance activities. Perform advanced fault finding, diagnostics, and root cause analysis on electrical systems. Maintain and improve machine process capability. Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC systems and robotic equipment. Ensure all maintenance job cards are accurately completed and closed. Provide plant-wide technical support as required.
