Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and routine maintenance activities as well as record and ensure log sheet/ data keyed in by subordinates in routine inspection form.
- Carry out rectification work activities based on work orders such as scheduled or unscheduled breakdown and ensure that all the work orders issued are closed and updated in CMMS or registered form with the supervision of immediate superior.
- Attend and verify testing & commissioning as well as assist the asset/project registration process for new assets/project as per requirement.
- Assist and provide technical feedback of maintenance work requiring vendor expertise to superior and monitor the work.
- Gather data for preparation of technical reports that are to be submitted to client as per concession agreement.
