Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and driven maintenance professional to join our Technical Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring maximum plant availability through effective maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is graded at a Peromnes 09 level and reports directly to the Senior Electrical Technician. Key responsibilities include: Ensure Plant availability by undertaking machine maintenance, repairs, installations effectively and in accordance to set standards. Attend to all breakdowns promptly and effectively. Use structured problem‑solving methodologies (5 WHY and RCA), when triggered to determine and eliminate root cause. Track all tools and parts, ensuring adequate stock and order new items as needed. Design modifications and ensure correct change management procedure is followed.
