Mobile Electrician - Midlands
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrician to join one of the UK's leading Facilities Management companies, covering the Midlands.
The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical background and hold recognised qualifications such as NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or Maintenance, along with the 18th Edition as a minimum.
The Role
You will be working as part of a regional team across a number of retail sites, carrying out a wide range of building maintenance duties. The role involves both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works on electrical and mechanical plant.
Duties
Support other technicians with major and minor maintenance tasks
Complete all PPM and reactive maintenance within agreed timescales
Ensure all documentation and paperwork is completed accurately
Prioritise and carry out minor repairs efficiently
