Location – Greater London, the Southern and Central Counties
Salary – Up to £55,000 (DOE)
About the Electrician Role
Marston Holdings is seeking an experienced Estates Electrician to join our Estates & Facilities team. This regional role supports the delivery of a safe, efficient, and customer-focused estates service across a diverse property portfolio covering Greater London, the Southern and Central Counties, with occasional overnight stays required.
You will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive electrical and building maintenance, working across electrical systems, fire alarms, HVAC, and plant equipment. You will also provide subject matter expertise and a high standard of customer service. In addition, the role includes undertaking general maintenance tasks such as joinery, painting, and decorating as required.
