GENERAL DESCRIPTION / PRIMARY PURPOSE
The Electrician performs a variety of electrical trade functions in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment for the generation, distribution, or utilization of electric energy.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS/DUTIES OF THE POSITION
+ Conduct operational status checks
+ Repair, troubleshoot, and maintain a variety of electrical equipment such as generators, transformers, switchboards, controllers, circuit breakers, motors, and environmental controls
