Job Description
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures.
- Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and diagnose problems using appropriate testing devices.
- Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings to determine electrical layouts.
- Ensure all electrical work meets national and local electrical codes and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals, including contractors, engineers, and other electricians.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems.
- Respond promptly to emergency electrical service calls.
- Maintain and repair electrical equipment such as circuit breakers, transformers, and electrical panels.
