Job Description
Our client is seeking a qualified Electrician for a well-established electrical company based in Stellenbosch. Construction & Residential experience beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Assembly, installation, testing and maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Installation of electrical boxes, DB Boards, other enclosures, conduits (pipes, tubing, trunking), ground leads and connecting of power to different equipment/machinery.
- Wiring of circuit breakers, transformers and electrical equipment.
- Performing maintenance and identifying maintenance requirements on electrical equipment.
- Fault finding.
- Ensuring that preventative maintenance is executed according to schedule.
- Assisting with the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Performing ad-hoc duties.
- Reading and understanding electrical drawings.
