Electro-Mechanical Repair Technician

PGS Worldwide is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Repair Technician in Killeen, Texas for a one-year contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This position supports depot-level repair, modification, refurbishment, troubleshooting, and testing of mission-critical electro-mechanical systems in a hands-on maintenance environment. The role focuses on repairing and validating complex subsystems, documenting maintenance activity, and supporting reliability improvements for advanced defense hardware.

Required Skills

• Associate degree in a related discipline or 5–8 years of related experience


• 1–2 years of experience with J-STD-001 solder certification for cable and harness repair


• 1–2 years of experience troubleshooting and isolating faults using general-purpose and/or automated test equipment


• 1–2 years of experience operating general-purpose and/or automated test equipment
