**Job Description**
The Maintenance Technician supports daily production by performing planned maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and responding quickly to maintenance requests on the production floor. This role focuses on mechanical systems with basic electrical work, ensuring conveyors and related equipment operate safely, reliably, and efficiently in an industrial environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Attend daily shift meetings each morning to review the production schedule and maintenance plan for the day.
+ Receive, prioritize, and complete a list of preventive maintenance (PM) tasks, typically completing 3–4 PMs per day.
+ Respond promptly to maintenance calls from the production team to minimize downtime and keep lines running smoothly.
