Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Electronic Assembler II to support production operations in a fast-paced aerospace and defense manufacturing environment. This position requires strong hand soldering skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work from schematics, blueprints, and detailed work instructions. The ideal candidate will have experience assembling and reworking PCB and electromechanical assemblies in a quality-driven production environment.
- Assemble, disassemble, and modify electromechanical and electronic subassemblies following work instructions and process plans
- Perform hand soldering and rework on printed circuit boards (PCB) and electronic components
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, process plans, drawings, and assembly instructions
- Inspect parts and materials for defects and ensure quality standards are met
- Utilize fixturing to accurately build assemblies
