This hands-on role focuses on component level diagnosis, testing and repair of high-end products, supporting both returned customer units and production rework.

- Diagnose, repair and test returned customer units to component level
- Repair, test and rework production units to finished goods standard
- Test and refurbish sub-assemblies and components for return to stock
- Record faults, repairs and outcomes accurately within internal systems
