Summary
Under the general supervision of school administration, Elementary Behavior Support Personnel provide classroom-based support to promote safe, consistent, and productive learning environments. This role focuses on proactive strategies, prevention, and in-the-moment support to help students access instruction and meet school expectations. Support is provided across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3, including working with students who demonstrate more intensive behavioral needs. The district SFRD Behavior Team provides ongoing training and coaching to support implementation.DescriptionClassified job is announced to all applicants.
