Elementary Principal
Annual Salary: $144,696 to $158,024
Reporting to the Superintendent of Education, the successful applicant will provide leadership and expertise in educational administration and support the Catholic school community. This permanent, full-time position will commence on or about September 1, 2026. As a Principal for the Board, you may be assigned to any school/site throughout Huron and Perth counties.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day school operations
- Manage school logistics and budgets
- Set learning goals for students and teachers and lead school improvement initiatives
- Monitor and report on school staff performance and student achievement
- Implement goals and lead in alignment with the Board's Strategic Priorities
