Job Description
Job Summary The Elite/Lead Field Service Technician will be responsible for initiating and executing field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner. This role works with more advanced and multi/complex systems, proactively troubleshoots systems, works with mechanical, electrical, diesel equipment conditions, conducts preventative maintenance and parts inventory, and anticipates and corrects safety issues (both Company and Customer owned equipment). The technician may interface directly with customers, work in multiple systems/locations/customers, and is responsible for escalation and leveraging company resources to address issues with personnel and customers.
