Shopbop is looking for a detail-orientated and analytical Email & App Associate to support and further develop the email and push notification program. This role is critical to helping Shopbop drive revenue growth and deliver a best-in-class customer marketing experience. The Email & App Associate will provide technical and creative expertise to enhance customer experiences by coding, building, and testing communications while developing content strategy for lifecycle marketing campaigns. This position develop and implement marketing journeys, manage creative briefs, and serve as the primary approver for content deliverables while providing ongoing support of our email marketing systems and automation platforms.
