Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist with 2-3 years of experience in executing and optimizing email campaigns. The ideal candidate will be skilled in using modern email marketing and data scraping tools, with a strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with email marketing/automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Instantly, Salesforce, or similar tools).
- Design, edit, and quality-check responsive email templates for different campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, CTAs, and content to improve engagement and performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions, unsubscribes) and prepare performance reports.
