About the Role
Zenwork is a B2B SaaS company in the regulatory technology space. We are looking for an Email & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own customer and prospect engagement across the entire lifecycle. This role will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing email and in-app campaigns that drive lead nurturing, product adoption, customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
You will leverage platforms such as MoEngage and HubSpot to create personalized customer journeys, automate lifecycle communications, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
