Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lifecycle & Flow Building: Design, build, and optimize automated sequences across Email and SMS (e.g., welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back flows, funnel flows etc)
- Daily Campaign Execution: Handle the end-to-end setup and deployment of daily manual email and SMS campaigns across multiple brands as needed.
- Multi-Brand Copywriting: Write conversion-focused copy for both email and SMS, adapting your tone to fit five unique brand voices.
- Advanced Segmentation: Use behavioral data to segment lists, ensuring the right message reaches the right customer at the right time.
- Creative Direction: Collaborate with design teams to produce high-quality assets, providing clear feedback to ensure visuals align with brand standards.
