**Job Title:** Email Marketing Growth Manager

Making significant investments in paid media and customer acquisition, the company is establishing a dedicated, high-growth marketing function to scale its national presence.
This newly created, highly strategic role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and offers substantial autonomy and direct visibility with executive leadership. As an entrepreneurial builder, the successful candidate will construct the company's paid social infrastructure from the ground up, designing testing frameworks, reporting structures, and creative strategies to manage and scale a high-volume monthly budget.
