Job Description
Some of your responsibilities include and are not limited to:
Campaign Execution
• Build, QA and deploy email campaigns (eDMs), including newsletters, product
announcements, nurture streams and event communications
• Create, update and maintain web forms, landing pages and lead capture mechanisms to
support conversion and data accuracy
• Assist with the setup, testing and optimisation of automated journeys, triggers and
segmentation logic
Reporting and Optimisation
• Monitor performance of emails, automated journeys and web forms, including open rates,
CTRs, conversion rates and lead progression
• Support reporting on campaign outcomes such as engagement, lead quality, MQL
contribution and pipeline impact
• Assist with A/B testing, campaign optimisation and ongoing performance improvements
based on data insights
