Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain client accounts
- Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns
- Analyze campaign reports and performance metrics
- Provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding campaign performance
- Utilize marketing software and Microsoft Excel for reporting and campaign management
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all campaign activities
Must-Have Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing and/or Email Marketing
- Client-facing experience
- Experience managing client accounts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze campaign reports and performance data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
