Job Description
This is a brand-new position, created following the purchase of a 4-head industrial embroidery machine. You will be the sole embroidery machine operator on-site, taking ownership of the setup, operation, and day-to-day running of the embroidery machine. While initial support will be provided during installation, this role is ideal for someone confident in their ability to load/set up and run embroidery machines who can bring expertise and help establish processes.
Job duties:
* Setting up and operating a 4-head / multi-head embroidery machine
* Loading garments and preparing materials for production
* Managing embroidery runs from start to finish
* Ensuring high-quality output across all garments
* Troubleshooting basic machine or production issues
* Assisting with the setup and optimisation of the embroidery process
* Supporting wider production duties when required: Heat press operation, vinyl cutting, garment prep...
