Key responsibilities

  • Define and execute the commercial strategy for the EMEA region in line with global objectives
  • Lead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed team of 9 direct reports across Europe
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth through key account management, strategic pricing, and portfolio positioning
  • Strengthen relationships with multinational and regional customers, acting as senior commercial sponsor where required
  • Oversee distributor strategy and performance across selected markets
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, innovation, supply chain, and operations to ensure effective execution
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decision‑making
  • Ensure strong commercial governance, forecasting accuracy, and performance management across the region
